12 Year Old Hibiki Suntory Whisky – “Hibiki is a blended whiskey brand offered by the House of Suntory in Japan. Hibiki is known for its elegant style and unique bamboo bottle; the 24 sides represent the 24 seasons of the Japanese year.
A range of malt and grain whiskeys from across the Suntory whiskey portfolio contribute to the mix. It can be broadly described as fruity and aromatic.
12 Year Old Hibiki Suntory Whisky
The brand has received great recognition since its launch in 1989. The 21-year-old won the best whiskey in the world at the World Whiskeys Awards in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2016. 12-, 17 – and 30 years. Authorities also received many gold medals.

However, as global demand for Japanese whiskey continues to rise, stocks of these whiskeys quickly dwindle. Old bottles that have shown their age are very difficult to find.
The latest addition to the line is Hibiki Japanese Harmony, no age statement. This move gives Hibiki more options and their mature mind. It is whiskey that Hibiki mixes with.
Harmonious blend of single malt whiskey aged in American white oak. The pieces are aged in sherry barrels and mizunara (Japanese oak). Grain whiskey available at Chita Suntory’s distillery.
The quality (and price) is that they are supposed to drink well or with a little water. But the harmonious mixture can be drunk over ice or as part of a luxurious drink.
