2016 Holden Cruze Price – The new Holden Cruze range includes three trim options in each body type, with the base Equipe and added Z series and SRi-Z variants.

The last, and likely last, of Australia’s locally produced small car will continue Holden until the arrival of the next-generation Korean-made Cruze sedan in 2017.

The updated Cruze Equipe gets a new 17-inch alloy wheel design and a new hero color, Slipstream Blue. It retains the familiar 1.8-litre petrol engine producing 104kW/175Nm, with a choice of five-speed manual or six-speed automatic gearboxes.

It’s still one of the cheapest small cars you can buy, starting at $19,890, plus an extra $2,200 for road or auto.

This version adds new 17-inch alloys, a rear spoiler, a seven-inch touchscreen with MyLink, Siri voice recognition, leather-trimmed seats, push-button start and a reversing camera. There are also Z-Series, sill plates and badges.

The SRi-Z series replaces the SRi-V. It adds 18’s, aluminum pedals and Z-series trim, as well as a body kit and sports suspension. It also comes with a more powerful 132kW/230Nm 1.6 turbo engine mated to a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox.
