The property has 5 floors with lift access to all floors. There are 48 large bedrooms, all with a sink and toilet. We also have 2 short-term rooms for those who want to try relief and housing for a few days.

The entrance level has a large main living room and 3 small cozy living rooms. Most of the floors have kitchenettes for everyone to use and large dining rooms for the residents to eat together. There is also a smaller, more intimate dining room and 10 private bathrooms around the building (4 with high-low bathtubs, 4 walk-in baths and 2 showers) to accommodate residents and visitors when they are away.
