Best Western Premier Terrace Hotel – In 2011, a consortium formed by renowned architects Perrine Architecture and including Hospitality Pty. Ltd as operator and co-owner have transformed an old, largely derelict historic building called St Georges House into a beautiful boutique hotel which they have renamed the Terrace Perth Hotel. It has quickly become the ultimate destination for dining, lodging, entertainment and style.
Located on the corner of St George’s Terrace and Mount Street in Perth’s ‘West End’, the building is a fine example of the terrace style buildings that were built along St George’s Terrace in the 1890s. For this magnificent project, Perrine Architecture designed 12 luxurious hotel rooms and three exquisite suites, as well as a cafe with a bluestone terrace, a cocktail bar and a restaurant.

The hotel has won many Gold Plate, AHA and Tourism Council awards and Hospitality is very proud to be its operator and has a great relationship with its many repeat customers and the great teams we have built there.

Sorry, I can’t be completely positive. When my guest and I went to breakfast at the announced time of 6:30, the cook was nowhere to be found. With an early flight to catch, I had to settle for a juice breakfast from the apologetic young waitress.
It goes to show how impressed I was with the hotel overall that this mistake wouldn’t stop me from staying again. One Twitter contact called it “the best Best Western ever.”
