Our stay at Breakfree Cosmopolitan was great, we loved our location and the surroundings. Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable for both of us. Since we didn’t have a car during our stay, it was very nice and convenient, with lots of places to shop and eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This home is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and G light rail. The room was clean and comfortable.

Please email [email protected] with photos. See below:- Hello Mantra Team My wife and I and my son’s family stayed at the Bracfray Peninsula for 7 nights from September 12th to September 18th. After paying $2100 for 7 nights to express my frustration with the many issues with this accommodation I felt it was not worth the money. The cleanliness of unit (17B) was not remarkable (see attached picture) After the second day of staying here, my 2 year old grandson developed rashes on his body due to the dust. It was cleared two days after we left. 1. Every day there is some kind of “defect” in the toilet area in the hallway, hall and bathroom. Almost every day I touch them only to feel them return. 2. Several areas in the dining area were stained with Ws drinks or coffee stains and were not cleaned…they could have at least had the cleaners clean them before the new tenants moved in. 3. I didn’t want to use a dirty air conditioner for fear of getting sick or something like that, not to mention the dusty air filter in the vent was disgusting. 4. The laundry…..where do I start……..the ironing board is full of dirt, the dirt between the dryer and the sink is fine, horrible, rusty, and not clean. There’s a trash can, a laundry room that’s constantly running water on the floor, an air vent that’s never been cleaned in god knows when, and gets covered in an inch of dirt. 5.Bathroom…….the corners around the bathtub are full of dirt and grime, the floors are not cleaned…….the toilet is not flushed properly and needs to be flushed a second time. ….. The toilet seat and seat are old and need to be replaced. 6. No wifi unless you pay….. These days, almost all hotels give free wifi 7. No mop/bucket to clean up stains or dirty floors. No mops provided at this location 8. The parking lot was a total mess with 3 different people at the reception not knowing what was going on. A minute later they find another car space and another person parks in those spaces 3 times… Finally to leave for the night Mr. Body Company tells us to park on the street. Have a system marked as a marked location. 9. After hours of being rude, unhelpful and basically saying we should do what the corporate says, you the customer are wrong. . Manta team I believe. My family and I can only rate this place 2 out of 5 and that’s only because of our view. Worrying that we are paying more than we expected and in return leaking to our friends and family about our stay here will hurt your team, the reality is we will not be going back there, we will be looking elsewhere. Next time. Sorry but you can’t correct future bookings if you don’t know……read the reviews and they are complaining about almost the same thing…..wish I had read John Mobb who posted them first. .. ..04…
When you book, don’t mention that the place is undergoing major renovations. We arrived a few hours later at 7:30pm. We had trouble using the login system within an hour as we found we had to repeatedly press the number 9 for it to work. This was after we couldn’t get the car in front of the Renaissance Gate and had to go around the block trying to find the park. We were told to order the height of our car and it was too low to park. The cool guy at security helped us find the right one. Upon entering our room we found the floors sticky. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. There was no light in the master bedroom and the switch was located next to the suite so it was very difficult to get into bed when the light was off. There was a lamp inside
