Breakfree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise
Great location with cafes both ways serving meals and morning coffee, less than 10 minutes walk to Cavill Ave and the market. Safe swimming signs are usually located opposite the property or on the beach within 5 minutes. The rooms appear to have been upgraded, but the bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and modern. The balcony and the view is at the water’s edge which is amazing! The indoor and outdoor pools are great for kids, no matter the weather. The first night was windy and raining and our window seemed to have a loud whistle in the bedroom, but other nights were fine as we could open the window and enjoy the sound of the waves. We feel the price reflects what we got and we are happy and will stay again 😊

The apartment is a bit old. There is drilling work next door or above and it is noisy most of the day. We stayed in an apartment with a sea view and the view was amazing.

There was mold in the bathroom, the washing machine was broken, and the cable TV was fuzzy. We also paid for a two bedroom oceanfront deluxe room. The next day the alarm went off and we were told to evacuate and we had to let my elderly mother go down the 27th flight of stairs because you are not required to use the elevator, then we were told to go back. No apology or explanation. Will not stay again.

The unit is located on the 23rd floor overlooking Surfers Paradise Beach and a two minute walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise shops, bars and restaurants.
The master bedroom has ocean views and has an en-suite and built-in robe. The second bedroom also has sea views and a built-in robe, and each room has ceiling fans. The master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room includes a pull-out sofa that can accommodate an additional 2 people. There is also a large balcony with wonderful sea views.

The complex has excellent resort facilities including indoor/outdoor pools, spa, steam room and sauna. There is also a tennis court and BBQ facilities in the building. This secure resort also offers underground parking for one car, perfect for your next gold coast holiday.
The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is a bit old but clean and functional. Will definitely book again.
Really appreciate a great and efficient approach to any problem. The staff were genuinely interested in what they were doing and sorted us out to make us feel like they were glad we were there. 10+ experience. Couldn’t ask for better service. Great follow up after missing some valuables somewhere on this site, thanks to all involved. I will be back in the last week of September and booked directly through Perfect Stay because that’s it!
