The Impress journey was amazing. Made my reservations with Daniel for our Vietnam tour and I must say that Daniel was very professional and prompt in his service. All arrangements, plans, transfer and transfer services, hotels, vehicles, tours and guides were spot on and excellent. 4 nights Hanoi, 1 night Hà Long Bay cruise, 3 nights Hoian, 4 nights Saigon and 1 night Can Tho. At first I was just planning a trip to Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh for my little family. Some close friends heard about our plans and wanted to join us on the trip. Eventually the group grew to 7 families, with 25 adults and children with different interests and aspirations. While I was excited to travel to Vietnam with good friends, I felt an overwhelming responsibility to make sure everything went well and everyone was happy. That is why I am very, very happy to have found Impress Travel. Mr. responded quickly. Mark answered all my questions, designed a great tour according to the group’s wishes, worked tirelessly on every detail of our 7-day tour, all at a reasonable price. It is an amazing place to visit in the north of Vietnam, we really enjoy the whole trip, especially the food, the culture, the beautiful scenery and so on.
The accommodation was great, especially the Thang Long Espana Hotel (automatic hotel management upgraded us to a VIP room. Really unexpected). Overall tours n places visited very well but only local guides are not good in planning itineraries. Especially in Sapa Lao Cai and Cat Cat Villages, hiking on the same day for about 8 hours for 7 km (which is on the arrival of the 1st and 2nd day) is exhausting. Not enough lunch 4 so lots of walking time. In Danang Bana Hill, the local guide will arrange 2 visits to Bana Hill 1st n will not take long because spend short time and not cool photos taken because of rain (went in the morning without rain).

We are a family of 6 from Singapore and Malaysia joining Hanoi Impress Travel on 30-Oct-04. November 2019. We were really impressed with the company and tour guides with the professionalism and smooth arrangement. Lily was our guide for Hanoi, Tam Coc and Ninh Binh. He is great and very knowledgeable. He watched over us until night. We are accompanied by a walk from the Old Quarters to the hotel and are taken to try the famous roadside food. He even helped us pay for our order to avoid overcharging at the stall. Another guide, David BK (Swan Cruise) joined us for a trip to Halong Bay. He is great and funny. He took care of everything throughout the trip. He served meals to cruise guests, organized happy hour, guided us kayaking, taught Taiji and cooking classes on the cruise. The cruise ship was fine and the hotel at Hanoi-Adamas Hotel was small but new and clean with a decent breakfast. Anyway, thanks for the good arrangement.
We booked an 8-day private tour package for 9 people for North and Central Vietnam. We experienced excellent and very professional service from the Impress travel team. Tommy was very easy to contact and responsive to our requests.
All tour guides are very nice, speak good English, friendly and patient. All vehicles were very clean, spacious enough for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Drivers are safe and on time.

For transportation, the car is good and the driver is pleasant, but only a little communication as the driver is not very good in English. but overall good!!

Although we paid for a 3-star package, the hotel (Thang Long Espana Hotel), meals and transportation were above average. Our gang had a very fun and memorable trip to Hanoi.

We went in June which was HOT HOT HOT and always very happy to have an air conditioned car with cold water waiting for us. We traveled by plane, train, car and boat and everything was brilliantly coordinated by Mr. Tommy without fail. The choice of sites helped us enjoy so many aspects of all 3 countries!
