Transport NSW has increased one-way fares in line with the recommendations of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART). As a result, as of January 1, 2022, our new fees are as follows:

We have read all of your comments on our recent Facebook post about pets and animals on board our services and have decided to review the NSW Passenger Carriage Act and regulations again to see if we can still allow you to travel with them.
Instead of strictly enforcing the NSW Passenger Act and the regulations that come into effect from July 1, we have decided to monitor usage, provide guidance to customers and enforce if there is any risk to the safety or welfare of other passengers.
This means that you can still use our services with your pets and animals as before, but we reserve the right to refuse travel.
