The food is also good. Trying to branch out a bit, I ordered lemon juice salmon with coconut red curry sauce and served with Thai coconut risotto and fried peppers, carrots and onions. It was different than I had seen, but actually tastier than I had hoped. Duck appetizer, salad and bread are standard fare.

Halfway through the flight I enjoyed a small bowl of lobster mac and cheese. Snacks are also available at the buffet in the center of the galley.

Before landing, I ate a cheese omelette, which many complained about, but I saw later. All the fruit is ripe, the cinnamon roll is amazing and I think it’s a great breakfast.

IFE and wi-fi work the same way. I watched Once Upon a Time in Hollywood which was really good except for the brutal violence in every Quentin Tarantino movie.

Wi-Fi is slow but blazing every time I need to connect. The pass is $23.99, but I only need two hours of access, which I bought for $6.99.

Even the amenities are good. I’m not a Star Wars fan, but I think the Star Wars Striped Comforter Set is at least helpful for dark socks, pens, dental supplies, eyeshadows, and Sunday Riley treats. The only thing she was missing was a comb and I had forgotten mine.

So what’s the problem? I don’t want to blame these flight attendants, but I think half the problem is that they don’t provide enough tools for the job.
