The comfort of this place was amazing! It was nice to chill in the private sun The room was big and very clean The bed was huge and comfortable! The secret restaurant was great!!! The staff everywhere were fantastic, especially the ones on the river that take you on the shallow water!!!
The only problem was there were no stairs from the beds to the pool had to go up and down through my door but not a big problem the other thing is the small river you want to visit every time you go to the village or Nai Yang beach Do if you want to go later, taking a taxi to the hotel (250-300b) is safer than walking through the dark forest with your torch at 9! But didn’t find it a big problem because it’s not so far that taxi was easy and cheap…
The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to provide assistance when requested. The interior of our bungalow was lovely and cleaned well every day. It was only ten minutes away.

Many of the bungalows needed new carpentry and painting outside our first two broken TVs were replaced with a new model almost yesterday but there were only 13 channels. A Case Too Late The ferry idea was good but the hotel should modernize both the docks as well as the ferry itself The hotel menu was a bit overpriced and the breakfast would have benefited from some additional options
Really good value for money, good breakfast a bit on the old side but well kept and nice room, nice and remote but close to the airport and only 2 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.
There are things they can do like not charging for ice and on the way to the airport, our driver called us to give him two bottles of water we were told when we went to our room that the water was free. But mini bar and food will be charged if we eat it. I thought it was too small
The air conditioner was working loudly and they couldn’t fix it. There was extra water in the fridge and we paid a lot of money.

You actually have to cross the canal to get to the beach, restaurants and shops the canal raft crossings are only operated by hotel staff during certain hours high tides make it impractical and you have to take a taxi, Although they communicated through WhatsApp and took exception to the work. Not sure how to contact them if you don’t have international information/services Not great food and drink options at hotel, about 10-15 minutes walk to beach shops and vendors.
Walking distance to beach and market The beach is by the canal where the market is a 6-10 minute walk, the staff was very helpful. They offered us a free upgrade :). Villa with pool is a must stay and really value for money, for couples looking for a relaxing time it’s a secluded place with nearby beaches, if you want to enjoy the clam part of phuket, this is the place . There is also a lot of food
The restaurant has limited vegetarian options on the menu To reach the beach you have to take a ferry through a small canal, which is lovely and very pleasant during the day but at night when the water closes, it’s scary . A small bridge would be the best choice

We had a Thai massage at the facility I was good but my wife massage had no experience we paid twice as much as the outside massage place and we were expecting a good massage but it was a poor performance.. overall, Hotels in Phuket need good hospitality performance.
Definitely exceeded our expectations The staff were so nice and accommodating We upgraded from a garden villa to pool access which was an absolute treat The beach is perfect After reading the reviews I thought it was more than that but it was ok There is a strip of beach bars and restaurants, along with good hotel suites where you can have dinner/drinks. Black Ginger is highly recommended for a good night’s sleep You can book many activities and day trips We had planned to stay somewhere else in Phuket after arriving in town, but after we Loved it then booked to go back. Honestly the best hospitality we could ask for even the accessible bridge I saw some people talking about, yes the man leaves after 10pm but whenever you are ready to go back you can go to the hotel You call and someone will come and pick it up for you. I landed here after 7 weeks of traveling across India and a cruise across the ocean. It was perfect. Comfortable, beautiful, good food, walking distance to the beach, peaceful and just what I needed. Looking forward to it The staff were attentive and very friendly I loved the pool off my deck Great place to chill for a few days!
