We have been to this unit many times and it has never let us down. The view from the master bedroom in particular was spectacular, we could open the shutters in the morning, have coffee and watch dolphins from the most comfortable bed. At night, the twinkling buoy lights on the water also add a sense of serenity. The unit is always spotless and we love visiting the rainbow lorikeets and kookaburra on the balcony. It has become our “happy place”. love it!

It was our 5th vacation in Florence and even met friends who stayed several times, it is the heart of everything you need without the hustle and bustle of other places.
Self Contained Accommodation In Nelson Bay
Lovely apartment, great location, wasn’t told the building would be remodeled right time of our stay so came and couldn’t use the lift on days 1, 2 and 5 so we had to put our stuff down with me Had to take Disabled mom climbing stairs with 2 kids, wasn’t told very disappointing prior to booking so I could have chosen a different stay date.
We stayed for 4 nights with friends and the unit was fantastic. The views are great, the unit is super spacious, well appointed, very modern and clean. We could not have asked for better and will definitely be back.
This is our third vacation in Florence 12 and it is still as good as before, the views from this fully equipped unit are amazing, the beach across the street and the center of everything 10/10
We recently spent a week in this wonderful unit located directly across from the small beach. Stunning views of the bay, including interactions with the abundant wildlife, the ever-present birds and the occasional dolphin watching from the balcony. The large size of the unit allows for the expansion of the family with grandchildren taking full advantage of the pool. The unit’s fully equipped kitchen provides entertainment for the whole family, including DVDs, PlayStations, and board games for an at-home experience. Our 3-year-old granddaughter loved the holiday, she said “I just want to be, stay, be forever. We will definitely be back next year for another family vacation.”

Our family spent a long weekend in this beautifully furnished apartment. We love the layout of the two very spacious and beautifully decorated living areas. We were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable. It was such an amazing view and even though the weather was not the best, we all enjoyed our stay which also included a sumptuous dinner in the small beach houseboat nearby. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay again thanks
