The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Just a note – the breakfast room was very hot and crowded at times, not sure what they could do to improve it. The shower in the room was great, but it was very difficult to keep the water from getting on the bathroom floor. Again, I don’t know how they can fix this. Definitely a great place for families, next time we’ll look for adults only because sometimes it’s kid friendly, it’s hard to find a kid free place if you’re with kids. we don’t
First impressions were great, make sure I’m easy going. We waited for someone to show us our room and finally we started walking and the cleaning lady helped us find our rooms. I loved leaving the hotel. For breakfast, the main dining room can get very hot even with the fans running. At work, it is possible to sit down very slowly to eat breakfast. You have purchased a prepaid value service (for those who do not have a credit card to make room reservations). It was not explained properly and there was a large amount of money for the non-refundable balance to spend the last 2 days.

We loved the sunken pool room, great for cooling off at any time, our pool had tiles and some sharp edges on the stairs. The wooden ornament was very hot.
The bedroom could do with a ceiling fan to help air circulation and better pillows, ours was very flat.

The resort is a bit far from the local restaurants, but the beach front is a pleasant walk.
