If the financial side was very empty in the afternoons, evenings and weekends, everything changed about three years ago. This strong action started a new trend when people jumped at the opportunity to buy cheap apartments and soon the financial district started to turn into a place to live. Thanks to this, the area found new restaurants, cafes and shops, and today the financial district is a lively place even after hours.
