Taking the next step has been a very rewarding experience so far. I really enjoy helping my new team find quick success and quick agents. I wanted to create a really fun and exciting culture so that the team wants to be here and it’s great to see the smiles on everyone’s faces. Making the leap from agent to director has also been very satisfying for me personally. It just added a whole new element to my daily routine. It has definitely kept me busy, but it has helped not only me but also my team to get more opportunities. The main challenge was finding the right place and location. This was important because we only wanted to do it once, which meant getting it right the first time. Physically setting up the new office took a lot of time and a lot of thought went into the planning. The whole process took more than six months, which was a long time to wait for something so exciting! Setting up a new office and trying to sell property was definitely a challenge, but it helped me improve my time management, that’s for sure!

There are a few parts of the new office that I love! I’m a big fan of the LED lighting on the facade of the building, it’s a signature for us – you can’t miss it! Also, the reception area has a very elegant feel, it is definitely inviting to clients and customers. And who can pass our vacation space below, it’s great! Location, location, location! Spring Hill has a very eccentric mix of people and the location of the office space is very important. So finding this place on the corner of Little Edward and Leichhardt streets was surreal – we’re in the thick of it all. It’s such a visible position and we definitely stand out. Spring Hill also offers valuable access to various other market locations, perfect for our team to specialize in different suburbs due to such a central location.
Expanding into two offices now definitely gives us a competitive edge over our opposition, not to mention that between the two offices we now have a total of 48 employees! I take great pride in providing a platform for employees to succeed and I’m excited that everyone has the opportunity to run their business as if it were their own – we just give them the tools to be as successful as they want to be .

The biggest challenge is time management. Maintaining my role as Sales Director and managing two offices can definitely be challenging at times. However, with such an incredible support team behind us, we can do it with ease.
Q. Is this the Spring Hill office you had in mind when you had the idea to open in the area?
Even better! Spring Hill is growing organically and is such a thriving market. I truly believe it is a sleeping giant. The people we have on our team are amazing to be around, and the office space itself is exceptionally appointed. I think partnering with Sam was the best decision. I could not be happier with the results at Ray White Spring Hill and I am very excited to see our team continue to grow and achieve their goals.
