Step 3: Remove the back cover of the device to reveal the battery. Remove any micro-SD card and SIM card present in the device and remove the battery.
Step 5: Now using the Blue Trim Release Tool, detach the front of the tool and begin releasing the clip on the Gray Trim as shown

Step 9: Now Remove Selfie Camera With Tweezers. If you’re serious about making a hot phone, you won’t change the selfie camera. In my case, the camera was already damaged due to the ribbon being loose. So it was a malfunctioning camera so I replaced it but after completely cutting the ribbon as shown
, If you want your cell phone to be texting only, I wouldn’t replace the speaker, because you’ll never want to hear anything unless you’re expecting audio/video messages. You can view incoming messages by putting the device in vibrate mode, if you only need text messages. However, you can listen to audio/video messages using the headphone jack.

Step 12: Next we remove the Home button cable that connects the motherboard to the USB charging module. We removed the µSMA connector from the front of the motherboard in Step 6. Now we also remove the µSMA connector from the USB charging module and take it out safely without breaking it. If you break it, you’ll have to replace the whole cable! Unless you have the µSMA Scratch Tool, you can’t sell your way.

Step 13: We Have to Remove the USB Charging Module Connected to the Base of the Display. To do this firstly remove the USB charging port cover by using a spudger. This may require some effort but be gentle. We have to reuse all these parts, so try not to break them.
Step 14: Since our device is the Verizon CDMA version of the Samsung Galaxy S4, it has a pink µSMA connection cable that connects the antenna to the USB charging module as shown in the red circle.

Step 16: Now Take the New Display Module You Bought Off eBay from Its Packaging in Step 1. It should look like this

Step 23: Connect the µSMA Connector to the Other End of the Home Button Cable, Removed in Step 12, to the First USB Charging Module. Carefully run the entire cable along the display.

Step 26: Now Remove the Battery Again. Reinstall the back cover that you removed from Step 5. Remember to screw it back to the rest of the body using the 8 screws you removed earlier. replace battery as shown
Step 27: Press the Power button and boot the phone until it starts loading the operating system.
Step 28: Now connect the device to your computer by using USB cable. Enable Android USB Debugging by following the instructions. You should be able to see this tool listed under Android Debug Bridge (adb).
