Tracking: All our packages are shipped with tracking. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email.
We can ship to a PO Box, PO Box Plus or Parcel Locker address (some exceptions apply for some heavy or high value items). If for any reason your order cannot be shipped to the address you provided we may contact you via email for an alternate shipping address.
Shipping Authority: By default, we ship packages with ‘signature required’. By indicating that a signature is not required at checkout, you allow the courier to leave your package alone at your shipping address and assume full responsibility for the package after it is checked as delivered. Once the package has been inspected as dispatched we are unable to pursue any claim for lost items.

Items must be returned in original, resalable condition with all packaging intact. Goods must be securely packed to ensure they are returned to us in their original and re-saleable condition. Please include your original invoice and email letter authorizing the return.
