Stayed here for four nights and could not fault the one bedroom suite. Very clean and well equipped, in a quiet location close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Will definitely stay again, great customer service from the staff.

My mom and I stayed here for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The managers Cam and Elaine are very friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would not consider staying with other accommodation providers on future visits to the area. They also provide free unlimited high-speed wireless Internet access. Bus and tram stops are within walking distance, as well as Spar and Coles Express, several food outlets (Metro Coffee is my favourite), BWS bottle shop, a great bar at the sports grounds and of course the beach. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to our family and friends.

Stayed here for over a week over Christmas and loved every minute! Cam and Elaine were very nice. They allow us to use extra parking if we bring 2 cars. Since there are no elevators in the building, we were lucky to stay above ground level. The unit we received was clean and tidy. We have tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. This is a very small apartment. It is very conveniently located to the beach, the bus stop is almost opposite and the tram station is a short walk away. There are not many beaches near it. We loved that it was located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Watching the fireworks on New Year’s Eve was a treat to see both displays.
Very comfortable apartment with washer, dryer and dishwasher. Really quiet, no extraneous noise. Two large balconies (tables and chairs) from the bedroom and living room. Covered parking on the premises!
Excellent customer service, Elaine was very helpful. He listened to my requests and gave us tips about the city (where to go, what to do).
Stayed here for 4 nights on a short break in Australia. A beautiful weed that meets both of our needs. Loved going to Surfers and Pacific Fair – easy. The bus stops outside the complex, so transportation is easy and convenient, if a little quieter. Short walk to the beach and everything is very close.

Booked Surfers Beach Resort II to attend Blues at Broadbeach. Kam the manager showed us to our room and helped us with our bags as it was on the second floor… It’s a very small place, spacious inside our clean one bedroom apartment, all the essentials were provided…eg. Washing machine powder, dishwasher, free internet for 3 days.
It’s a short walk to Broadbeach Shopping Centre…about 1.5km plus a 15 minute bus stop on the doorstep for those who don’t want to walk.
There are many accommodation options in the area, but this is a special, small, low-key resort, close to the beach and all amenities, but far enough away for peace and quiet. We will be back…
