Prix, an indoor go-kart racing game. With quick access to I-275, the city of Tampa is a quick drive. Enjoy our convenient location in this wonderful area of West Florida. So far everyone has been very nice to us, and our neighbors are very friendly! The grounds and pool are well maintained! The gym is also very nice.

Lovely place with clean updated facilities. The apartment has new appliances and everything was perfect and clean before the day.
I love our experience and our staff. It was amazing! We had a rough start but we are doing well and hope for better days. We had bad experiences with roaches and marijuana smoke in our apartment from the neighbors. The maintenance was great but we had a lot of maintenance requests that I thought we would get in the first 30 days.
The front office staff were great from the first day they made my family and I feel welcome. My children were worried about moving but the welcome and service made it easy!

The public pool is very noisy at times. The maintenance staff are very good. The staff are helpful when I have a problem. The village looks beautiful. They take good care of him
Not worth it for the price we pay here. I have stayed in better places and better houses for a better price. It is dated and out of date. There is not enough parking space and the place is small. On very dark nights, no parking lights. The pool is always clean. The neighbors are usually quiet. Unless they are repairing or building early in the morning.
This is my third year here and it has gotten better! The location is perfect to go to downtown St Pete and Tampa within 15 minutes which is amazing
Verandahs of Brighton Bay has been my home for four years! From the facilities, to the friendly and caring staff, I really like it here. Outside of our community, the location is great with Tampa 10 minutes on one side, and DTSP and beaches 10 minutes on the other! Highly recommend calling this place your home!
